This policy explains how Vision Center LLC (“Vision Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you visit www.visioncenter.org, use our analysis tools, or contact us. It also explains the choices and privacy rights that may be available to you.

Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use Vision Center. You are not required to submit a contact form or use an analysis tool, but some features cannot work without the information they request.
Information you provide
When you contact us or submit an advertising inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company, location, website, and the message or other information you choose to provide.
Facial analysis information
If you use a face-shape, eye-shape, or facial-symmetry tool, we process the image you upload and the measurements, characteristics, and results produced from it. We also process limited network and security information needed to deliver the analysis and prevent abuse.
Device and usage information
When you use the site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, links or ads selected, session timing, and other interaction and diagnostic data.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember choices, measure use, protect forms and services, understand how pages perform, and deliver or measure advertising.
If you give us personal information about another person, you are responsible for having permission to do so. We do not intentionally collect medical records through this website, and the informational content on Vision Center does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website and its features.
- Process images and return results when you choose to use a facial analysis tool.
- Respond to questions, advertising inquiries, and other messages.
- Measure traffic and content performance and improve the site and user experience.
- Display, personalize where permitted, and measure advertising and affiliate links.
- Detect abuse, enforce our terms, protect our rights and users, and comply with law.
- Maintain business, accounting, compliance, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide a service you request, based on your consent, for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting Vision Center, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
Facial analysis tools
Vision Center offers optional face-shape, eye-shape, and facial-symmetry tools. When you submit an image, your browser sends it to Vision Center’s analysis service at shape.visioncenter.org. That service uses Google Gemini to process the image, identify facial structure, proportions, eye-shape characteristics, or symmetry measurements, and return the requested result.
We use facial analysis information only to provide the tool, maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the service. We do not use uploaded facial images to identify you, build facial-recognition profiles, or target advertising, and we do not sell uploaded images or analysis results. Do not upload an image of another person without their permission.
Uploaded images, analysis results, related measurements, and security or rate-limit IP records are deleted from Vision Center systems within minutes after analysis.
Advertising, analytics, and affiliate links
Vision Center uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people find and use the site. These tools may collect cookie identifiers, browser and device details, approximate location, session statistics, clicks, mouse movements, and page interactions. Clarity may recreate a session from interaction data; we configure these services to support site analysis and do not intentionally send them uploaded facial images or the contents of contact-form fields.
We use Google Ad Manager, PubGuru, and participating advertising partners to deliver and measure advertisements. They may use cookies or similar identifiers to select ads, limit repetition, detect fraud, and measure performance. Depending on your location and applicable law, disclosures for interest-based advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising,” even though we do not sell personal information for money.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings and use the opt-out tools offered by the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance.
Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you follow one or make a purchase, the destination site may send us a referral or commission record. The destination site handles the information you provide there under its own privacy policy.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and change the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use information previously collected, we will provide any additional notice or obtain consent required by law.
